Description of activities

We offer a complete spectrum of design and engineering services, starting with the initial investment analysis and drawing through design of the building including interiors, zoning decision and building construction permit, tender and construction documents with subsequent supervision at the building site to the securing of the final building approval. We oversee the whole process from the design to the implementation to guarantee the resulting quality of the building. We focus on construction technology as well as on producing new ideas – both of which are related to one other. Along with construction we are also intensively engaged in urbanism and urban development. We produce land-use and regulatory plans as well as territorial studies.
